Replacement of pledge of all contracts of loan facilities for sale by installments, with or without deposit and no need for payment of the remaining percentage of debt is possible by accepting the request according to the following conditions:

1-The pledge should suffice the bank’s claims.

2-While replacing the pledge and for transfer of loan facilities, it is obligatory to fulfill the requirements for purchase of residential units (Non-innovated) at time of obtaining loan facilities.

The required documents for simultaneous replacement of  pledge:

1-Previous title deed;

2-New title deed;

3-Birth certificate and National ID Card of the buyer;

4-Birth certificate and National ID Card of the seller;

5-Building completion of the new property;

6-Building permit of the new property (Original copy and photocopy);

7-Separation proceedings;

8-Bill of sale (promissory agreement) of new property (Original copy and photocopy);

9-Inquiry for municipal plan and building permit and building completion certificate inquiries;

10-Bill of sale of new property (Original copy and photocopy);

11-On-account cost of appraisal;

12-Payment of commission fee of replacement of pledge based on bank tariffs.
