It is possible to give agreement to the surplus mortgage of pledges of the bank with licensed indicated by the Central Bank and governmental organizations and nongovernmental institutions and organizations, pension funds and private joint stock companies that have relation with governmental organizations, ministries and institutes and judicial authorities for the customers who enjoy sufficient fund to meet their financial obligations and have no noncurrent debt with the bank. Hence, in case the mortgagor of immovable pledges with bank, request for obtaining loan facilities and/or services from other banks and the aforesaid organizations through surplus mortgage of pledges with the  bank, fulfillment of their request is free of impediment.

Note: For civil partnership loan facilities of construction, it is not possible to agree to surplus mortgage of pledge subject of partnership loan facilities.

Granting loan facilities and provision of services by Bank Maskan through surplus mortgage of pledges with other banks (and/or branches of Bank Maskan) shall be possible after appraisal of pledge introduced if it is valuable through primary agreement of the  primary Bank (and/or its branches) of the mortgagor of immovable property.

Note 1- Granting loan facilities for purchase of housing by installments and civil partnership loan facilities for construction will not be possible if the property subject of loan facilities is mortgaged with Bank Maskan or other banks.

Note 2- It is not possible to agree to surplus mortgage in the contracts for which pledge a request for issuance of executive writ has been made.
